Post The Ordering of the Storm Wolves (Storm Wolf Ranks)
Of the Ordering of the Storm Wolves, first scribed by the wise shaman Nogusta and recopied by the Wolf Khan Volk, and then amended by the Stormcaller, Aglin Vani Da'Lorenn at the request of the Warchief:

First are the Youngbloods, our fresh and untested recruits. They are to be trained and nurtured, for in them lies the future of the entire clan.

Next are the Bloodpaws who serve as the clan's backbone. These are battle-hardened Wolves, who have proven their loyalty and strength in battle.

The Wolf Guard consists of our most ferocious fighters and shock troops. Theirs is the honour of holding the front line in battle and of staring death in the face. Wolf Guards come in many colours: black for our deadliest assassins or spies; white for the healers of body and spirit; silver for our scouts and spears; deepest violet for the fel-touched casters of arcane and shadow and green for the tenders of the noble elements.

Some among the Wolf Guard are the pack's dark children, those who have a part in it by being outsiders. Called into battle and answerable to the Stormcaller for specific, deadly purpose, the Lone Wolves of the Wolf Guard serve in places where the rest of the Guard cannot.

Above the Wolf Guard are the Long Fangs. These are the veterans of our clan, who have demonstrated unquestionable loyalty, strength and dedication. The most difficult and deadly missions are entrusted to them and they are leaders of the Storm Wolves and the Horde.

Finally, the Silverpaws oversee the survival and growth of the clan. They serve as the council of the Stormcaller, servant of Thrall, and assist the Stormcaller in the keeping of clan discipline and traditions.
